These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Casalingo website and the booking of any Spanish lessons, learning programmes, or immersion experiences offered by Casalingo.
By using this website or booking any of our services, you agree to these terms. If you have any questions, please contact us before making a booking.
bookings and payments
Bookings for Spanish lessons, programmes, and immersion experiences are confirmed once payment has been received and confirmation has been issued by Casalingo.
Prices are displayed in euros (€) and may be updated from time to time. The price applicable to your booking will be the one shown at the time of purchase or agreed in writing.
For immersion experiences, payment schedules, deposits, and any balance due dates will be clearly communicated before booking confirmation.
Casalingo reserves the right to correct pricing errors or inaccuracies before a booking is confirmed. If this affects your booking, you will be contacted before any payment is processed.
cancellations and refunds
Spanish Lessons
Students may reschedule a lesson free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice.
Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed lessons without prior notice, are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
If Casalingo needs to cancel or reschedule a lesson, students will be offered an alternative time or a full refund for the affected lesson.
Immersion Experiences
Cancellation policies for immersion experiences may vary depending on the programme and will be communicated before booking confirmation.
Unless otherwise stated:
Cancellations made more than 60 days before the start date will receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations made between 60 and 30 days before the start date will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the start date are non-refundable.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
Changes and Exceptional Circumstances
Casalingo reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel an immersion experience due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, government restrictions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen events.
In such cases, participants will be offered an alternative date, credit towards a future programme, or a refund where appropriate.

Casalingo provides guidance, structure, and personalised support, but language learning is ultimately a collaborative process.
Students are expected to attend lessons punctually, participate actively, and engage with the language beyond the classroom whenever possible.
To ensure a productive learning experience, students should have a stable internet connection, appropriate equipment for online lessons, and communicate any changes or scheduling conflicts in advance.
Respectful communication is expected at all times. Casalingo reserves the right to discontinue services in cases of abusive, inappropriate, or disruptive behaviour.
While we are committed to helping every student make meaningful progress, results depend on individual effort, consistency, and engagement with the learning process.
