For most of my life, languages have been my passion. Living in Spain, the United States and Germany taught me something I would confirm again and again: classes build the foundation, but real progress happens when you start living the language.

After living abroad and later travelling full-time for several years, I realised that simply being in another country doesn't automatically create immersion. While teaching Spanish to students from around the world, I noticed the same pattern again and again. Many learners made great progress in class, only to return to environments where they rarely had the opportunity to actually use the language. Others travelled to Spain, but spent most of their time speaking English with other travellers.

That's why I created Casalingo.

A place where Spanish lessons and guided immersion come together. Where every hike, café, market and conversation becomes part of the learning process, helping you use Spanish naturally, build confidence and connect with local life.

Because the goal isn't just to study Spanish.

It's to live it.
